As a service to our customers, we provide the technology and assistance necessary to help you in resolving your issues via a remote desktop sharing application.

If you are already in contact with a support professional, we may have requested access to your computer via this remote sharing application to help resolve the issue that you reported.  By clicking the SHOW MY SCREEN button, you are agreeing to allow the support professional to view your computer screen remotely until either you or the support professional chooses to end the session.
